Bio
Grace grew up in Southern Virginia and currently lives in Vilcabamba, Ecuador. He enjoys engaging in a faithful kettlebell practice, dancing salsa, learning to play the conga drums, and being part of a supportive community of creative minds and people dedicated to excellence. He’s a proud cat dad to three cats: Lila (10 years), Buck (2 years), and Red (5 months).
Grace served in the United States military during most of his 20s, where he learned to embrace duty and discipline. Since that time, he has been a faithful student of psychology, researching the effect of socially constructed masculinity on the human nervous system.
He is currently developing a proprietary therapeutic methodology called Somatic Masculinity Integration. This method is a way to honor men’s path towards embracing forms of masculinity which serve relational reciprocity and harmony, and discard aspects which shy away from full human expression and thriving.
Living in Ecuador, Grace has embraced the mentality of poco a poco—“little by little”—allowing patience, presence, and steady progress to shape his life and work.
Grace embodies candor, humor, truth, compassion, and drive.
